As an Internal Quality Assurer, handling a conversation with an assessor who isn't marking work correctly requires a balance of professionalism, support, and guidance; this can be difficult – especially if you know them well – but you still need to do this, of course. Here are some tips on how to do this (taking the “emotion” out of the situation).
